Discouragement

So I miss a lot of school, whether it’s from not feeling good, doctors appointments, etc. and that causes me to get annoyed and discouraged from all of the assignments I miss and stuff I have to make up.

I also get discouraged a lot when I don’t feel good or when I have to do a lot of treatments. It gets annoying when instead of doing stuff I want to do I have to do stuff related to health. I also have to cancel on plans or do less than what I was originally able to do. I don’t hang out with my friends as much and just don’t like doing a lot of stuff.

I get discouraged when I get tired easily from doing small things. I’ll go out to eat and then am to tired to do anything else. Or go to school and be to tired to hang out with friends or go to the gym.
